DeAnza Springs is nestled on over 500 acres of high desert – 2600 feet of elevation, to be exact – just outside of Jacumba Hot Springs, we are an ideal destination for year-round vacationing, outdoor adventure.

With over 311 spacious, full hook-up RV sites, and plenty of dry tent sites, there’s an option for every type of camper. Meanwhile, we also have fully-outfitted rental units for your comfort and convenience, including park models, midsized RV’s, and motel rooms.

No matter what activities you enjoy, you will probably find them at DeAnza Springs Resort. Surrounded on three sides by the breathtaking hills of the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, the resort property includes access to dozens of exclusive hiking trails, shady lounge areas, and landscaping to feature and highlight this area’s most compelling desert vegetation.

Additional amenities include two swimming pools (one is enclosed and heated for year-round swimming), a hot tub, spa, well-equipped 24-hour gym, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, Bar and Billiards lounge, restaurant, our conference and wellness centers, and our large covered patio for all-day relaxing. We also have an pet park, laundry facility and free WiFi in the clubhouse, motel, and immediately surrounding areas.

And then there are the hiking trails! Within just a short distance you can explore the vestiges of ancient native encampments, or abandoned mines and railroad camps that hearken back to the 1920’s railroad construction efforts in this area. The Anza-Borrego Desert State Park borders seamlessly with our property, and offers miles of nature trails for hiking, mountain biking, running, and other recreation.

DeAnza Springs is also a thriving community with many full-time siteholders, and we will always invite you to socialize as much or as little as you choose! We host events in the clubhouse and bar, ranging from karaoke to live bands, comedy performances, and themed parties.
